Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary: Multiple roles available to join our commercial team at Euston Station as we ramp up for the next stage in the project on the joint JV MaceDrgados (HS2). Role 1: The Senior Quantity Surveyor (Wider Services) oversees and manages the cost management and contract management aspects of a section of the project from initiation to close-out. Role 2: Senior Commercial Manager will oversees the cost management and contract management aspects of the project from initiation to close-out. This role will be responsible for the Utilities South. Role 3: Graduate QS Technical Skills and Competencies: Proven knowledge of all aspects of commercial management.Knowledge of various forms of NEC Contracts.Knowledge of integrated reporting.Knowledge of IT systems relevant to Commercial Control.Knowledge of programmes and change management.Ability to use IT applications. Behavioural Competencies: Ability to lead a team.Ability to focus on detail at the same time as seeing the strategic picture.Ability to present confidently to senior management. Qualifications, Certifications and Experience: Experience in commercial management.Experience of working in major (£100M+) projects.Formal qualification RICS or similar or proven experience.
