QS (Qualifying Supervisor) Electrical Supervisor – New Opportunity!As an office/site-based operational technical supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of work streams, including carrying out installations, improvements, and responsive and planned maintenance. Directly managing up to 20 operatives and engineers, you will take responsibility for delivering the emergency lighting programme and related maintenance services to customers and clients across various contracts. You will be expected to utilise your expert technical skills and knowledge to support the Service Delivery Manager in maximising productivity and efficiency to deliver excellent contract performance and meet business objectives. Competencies & Attributes High Attention to Detail: Essential for auditing complex technical test results and spotting discrepancies before certificates are formally submitted. Authoritative Technical Knowledge: The ability to act as the final decision-maker on complex electrical faults or technical queries escalated by the field engineers. A Mentoring Mindset: A focus on coaching the 20 operatives to improve their testing standards and documentation accuracy.
