They are in search of an eCommerce and Brand Manager to grow their brand into new ecommerce marketplaces and expand their brand. The eCommerce Manager will be someone who has great experience in amplifying a brand in an ecommerce setting. Someone who is full of energy and enthusiasm and determined to meet targets and grow a successful team. They will be a practitioner who will be central to the team and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. Performance Marketing: Oversee growth and efficiency of performance marketing campaigns.Collaborate with the agency to share assets and meet targets.Monitor and optimize campaigns for better performance. Affiliate Channel: Drive growth and optimization of the affiliate channel.Increase the number of publishers.Test and target different offers to boost sales. Social & CRM: Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM and social media strategy.Focus on audience targeting, customer journey improvement, and increasing awareness and engagement. Campaign Delivery: Execute social and CRM campaigns with relevant KPIs aligned with the overall strategy.Tie together website, email, and social media content for cohesive campaigns. Research: Regularly research product and consumer trends.Identify suitable products for social campaigns. Trading: Visual Merchandising Support: Assist the online visual merchandiser with tasks like general merchandising, adding new products, and implementing promotions. Performance Reporting: Report on trading performance and KPIs.Adjust trading plans to meet and exceed budgets. Teamwork & Collaboration: Versatility: Demonstrate versatility in handling different projects and tasks. Collaboration with 3rd Parties: Collaborate with third-party partners and agencies, sharing product performance and trend information. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with design, photography, and eCommerce teams.Ensure correct and timely briefing for design and photography requirements.Collaborate with the wider eCommerce team on content writing and design. Building Relationships: Build strong relationships across the business, including buying, customer services, and web development teams.Influence and excite others about digital marketing initiatives.
