This is a broad, hands-on digital marketing role centred on acquiring new members, with performance marketing sitting right at the heart of it. You'll own paid media, SEO and GEO, working alongside a Content Manager, a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, a Social Media Manager, and a Marketing Operations lead who coordinates closely across the wider business.While the broader marketing team focuses on brand awareness, PR and industry relations, this role is firmly focused on performance and digital acquisition - making sure paid advertising is working hard, owning website SEO, and running structured A/B testing.
