Conveyancing Solicitor
A well-established North London law firm is looking to appoint a confident Conveyancing Solicitor to join their collaborative property team in Crouch End. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to handle a busy caseload of residential transactions with autonomy and support. The Conveyancing Solicitor's role The successful Conveyancing Solicitor will manage a full cradle-to-grave caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. You will be expected to maintain excellent client contact and handle matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, supported by a well-organised administrative team. You will be working closely with the firm's Head of Property and wider legal staff, with the chance to help refine and improve internal systems and client engagement strategies. The Conveyancing Solicitor At least 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Conveyancing SolicitorProven ability to manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finishExcellent client communication and organisational skillsComfortable working independently and as part of a small teamExperience in North London markets or with local agents is advantageousQualified Solicitor (England & Wales) In Return?
