Primary responsibilities will include: You will be working alongside a close knit experienced team of Private Client fee earners assisting with drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. The team also deal with a large volume of probate cases and trust matters and you will be required to assist with the progression of these files. You will have regular contact with clients and so the ideal candidate will need to be confident and friendly with a positive 'can do’ attitude. The position will be offered on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract basis and will be to work within the busy and highly regarded Financial Services Regulatory team.
