In house development work including designing. Produce step by step routing of components through the Machine Shops to optimise production. Taking a methodical approach in identifying and monitoring risks on process changes. Profile Strong programming experience, for castings and forgings. Good knowledge of modern milling machine cutters and methods. CAD/CAM experience, ideally Siemens NX. Ability to create models and manufacturing drawings is essential. Experience using Unigraphics. Experience in offline Programming of CNC milling and turning machining is essential. Experience using programme verification software, such as Vericut.
