Specialist Lending Underwriter (Complex BTL / Bridging Finance) A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Property Finance Underwriter to join the specialist lending department of a highly successful property finance lender. As a Specialist Property Finance Underwriter you will responsible underwriting high value loans (£2m+), large portfolio’s, complex ownership structures and quirky security cases. Experience for the role of Property Finance Underwriter required: Minimum 5 years experience in an mortgage underwriting or credit risk analysis role - with experience of underwriting large loans, portfolios and complex cases.Experience of manual mortgage underwriting and hold a mandate of at least £1m.Experience of BTL lending (Professional , Portfolio Lending, Ltd Company, HMO)Has experience working for a mortgage lender / property finance lender / private bank.Quick learner, ability to adapt and evolve.Self starterExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and writtenGood time management skillsIT literate: Competent MS Office skills and ability to adapt to internal systems.Ambitious, proactive, and hungry to progress within the company Up to £85k Basic + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
