We are currently recruiting for a Bench Joiner/Carpenter to work for a fantastic company based in Swavesey They’re looking for someone to come into the team who has previous experience working as a Carpenter or a Joiner who is looking for a new challenge in an onsite workshop based position. Semi-Skilled Carpenters, while possessing foundational skills, may benefit from additional guidance as they contribute to our 'First Stage' teams, shaping bulkheads and larger carpentry components. Drawing from construction experience or initial fit work, Semi-Skilled Carpenters play a vital role in the early stages of production. As a carpenter your responsibilities will span from panel spraying and CNC machinery operation to joinery and furniture assembly, working with a diverse range of materials including plywood, softwood, vinyl, leather, and soft furnishings. You will be equiped with carpentry power tools, while hand tools such as screwdriver sets, tape measures, and levels are expected to be provided by the individual. Position Location: Based at either Our Client Shipyards or Our Client Willis Way in Poole, Dorset.
