LKAB Minerals UK are looking for an Internal Auditor to join the performance Team to support ISO compliance auditing across LKAB's 10 Production Sites. In this role the candidate will be responsible primarily for carrying out internal audits, while also maintaining the HSQE Management Systems and providing administrative support. Responsibilities and key tasks: Assisting with managing the company HSQEE Management Systems, updating & controlling documentsConduct Internal Audits on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 & Food Safety standards across 10 Operational sitesProvide Operational sites with support during External ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 & Food Safety standards audits and visitsEnsuring compliance with legislative Health, Safety, Energy & Environmental requirements along with the proactive support of the Company's "Safety First" initiativeAdministrative support across the Construction team, and developing strong relationships across all departments Required skills and competencies: Attention to detail including working with reports and business data - able to provide accurate written documentation in line with current legislation/audit criteriaExcellent IT skills including report writing, use of HSQE Management Systems, Internal reporting systems and Microsoft packagesPlanning and organisation skills - being able to co-ordinate activities and implement actions across 10 operational sitesConfident in building strong relationship and be able to deliver clear and concise communication with both internal employees and external suppliersProblem solving skills - use of structured root cause analysis tools to identify issues and provide workable solutionsAbility to work both individually and as part of a teamDriving licence essential to access operational sites. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Auditor to join a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in their growing team based in Harrogate.This firm offer a full range of accountancy, tax, and audit services for their wide range of clients. This is a trainee position where there is room for you to progress and grow with this firm as they add to their expanding team.As an Auditor, you will be responsible for: Carrying out audits both on-site and in the office.Completing relevant sections of the audit file as discussed and agreed.For some smaller clients, you would be responsible for the planning of the audit file right through to the completion sections, including drafting the financial statements.Communicate with the audit supervisors regularly on the audit and make recommendations to them on how the clients can improve their accounting systems and controls.Perform ‘accounts preparation’ jobs.
