Associate People Partner
As our Associate People Partner in Bristol, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for providing exceptional People support to colleagues at our Bristol sites. Collaborating with Operations incl. Warehouse, IT, Finance and Customer Care teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering People initiatives and ensuring a seamless and exceptional colleague experience.You’ll have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact locally while enjoying the support of our wider People team in London. Here are some of the exciting things you’ll be diving into: People Partnering Work collaboratively with the People Team to provide expert people advice and support to the business. Supporting the Senior People Partner in partnering with stakeholders to assist with team engagement, wellbeing, talent attraction and colleague development. Empowering managers through effective communication, guidance and training to confidently handle all things people. Managing your own ER cases of varying complexity, including formal meetings, investigations and disciplinaries.Sharing knowledge, learnings and best practice with the wider people team to ensure consistency and continuous improvement across ELEMIS. Act as the point of contact for our Bristol-based colleagues throughout the colleague lifecycle. Supporting the effective management of lifecycle operational processes such as new joiners, changes and leavers. Ensuring we have all relevant authorisations and documentation to support the People Coordinator. Supporting, where needed, providing accurate pay changes and/or information to Payroll. Ensuring we remaining compliant with all UK employment legislation and proactively seek updates, sharing knowledge and learnings with the wider People team. People Initiatives Proactively supporting the Senior People Partner with management and delivery of People Initiatives for our colleagues in Bristol.Supporting the delivery and review of cyclical people processes such as our engagement survey, development discussions and annual pay review.Supporting in the continuous review and improvement of our Ways of Working (traditionally known as Policies) Proactively collaborating with the People team to deliver a consistent, exceptional colleague experience for our Bristol teams. Proactive involvement in People Initiatives, collaborating, creating ideas and sharing them with the People team, fostering a strong sense of belonging for all colleagues across all sites. Sustainability Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People PillarsThe Perfect CandidateProven experience as a People Advisor in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high levels of change.A proactive and collaborative team player, eager to contribute ideas, share insights with the People Team, and actively shape our approach.A flexible, agile, resilient and can-do approach. Naturally takes accountability for their responsibilities and areas of ownership Confident in cascading people initiatives and/or learning sessions to small and large groups Willingness to travel to London, every four weeks, to connect and spend time with the wider team (with travel expenses covered).Excellent communicator with demonstratable experience managing ER Cases end-to-end.
