You will need to demonstrate good dexterity skills, be physically fit with good stamina and be comfortable standing throughout the shift. Jobholders must be reliable, hardworking, and flexible, with a problem-solving approach to work. You will be a team player, and have come from a similar working environment as a factory operative or production operative.
