Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doingYou will play a vital role in the People & Data Interfaces Squad within the People Experience and Platform unit, by developing and maintaining Power Apps tooling for HR processes, including organisational change and implementation. You will promote data products and provide actionable insights, ultimately contributing to optimised workforce management and strategic People initiatives.Accountabilities include:*Build and enhancePower Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse).*Deliverdata-driven insights that improve HR decision-making.Automate and simplify processes to drive efficiency and better outcomes.Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.*Communicate complex data throughclear storytelling and actionable recommendations .*Championdata literacy, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.*Thrive in anAgile, collaborative environment , working with analysts, data scientists and business teams.Why join us?We're on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we're shaping finance for good.
