GRC Analyst
Are you a highly skilled GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Analyst with substantial experience in control management for governance, compliance, IT audits, IS assurance, and risk management programs? Position Overview: As a GRC Analyst at our consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier services to our clients by leveraging your expertise in control management, governance, and compliance. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, including designing and implementing compliance and control frameworks, ensuring regulatory adherence, and contributing to the enhancement of IT governance and quality standards. Key Requirements: Experience: Substantial experience in control management for governance, compliance, IT audits, IS assurance, and risk management programs is essential for this role. Your hands-on experience will be a cornerstone in delivering excellence. Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent qualifications are preferred, demonstrating your commitment to continuous improvement. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field, or a wealth of equivalent IT work experience, will be considered. Regulatory Awareness: A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including cross-industry regulations such as GDPR and the Data Protection Act, as well as industry-specific regulations, is crucial. Frameworks: Proficiency in designing and implementing compliance and control frameworks is vital. Knowledge of common information security management frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT), NIST standards (including 800-53 and Cyber security Framework), and other industry best practices is a must. Stakeholder Management: Your excellent stakeholder management skills will be instrumental in fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful implementation of compliance initiatives. Integrity and Discretion: High personal integrity, the ability to professionally handle confidential matters, and the capacity to exercise sound judgement and maturity are essential qualities for this role.
