You will provide accurate, effective and professional administration and excellent customer service. Your Mission at Elis To develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues and to provide first line support to both.To efficiently deal with any customer queriesTo provide accurate and timely data entry, manipulation and retrieval, including payroll data - using Crown system to check daily employee hours and clear all exceptions for payroll to be processed.You will provide administrative support to the Shift Managers, checking and processing holiday requests, sickness, new starters, leavers, maternity leave, etc.Raise purchase orders, credits and check/ change customer orders using Dynamics.To identify and appropriately and professionally escalate any problems / issues which need management intervention.To maintain customer and staff confidentiality and to work to company policies and procedures at all times.Other, administrative duties What will make you stand out? Ambition to succeed and desire to show initiative.Ability to work under pressure.Good team player.Confident and professional telephone manor.IT literate.Payroll experience desirable but not essential.Methodical approach to work with good attention to detail.Ability to prioritise own workload and work with minimum supervision.
