This is a permanent full time role; office based every day. You will join a large, well established Payroll team and responsibilities will include: Resolving complex pay queries enquiries, issues and complaints, escalating as appropriate.Completing payroll transactional processingSupporting the management of processing of all payroll credit transfer and emergency CHAPS payments.Ensuring that statutory deductions are correctly made and accounted for and that all statutory returns, including those for taxable benefits, relating to the employees, are produced and dispatched in a timely manner.Ensure that non-statutory deductions made on behalf of the employees are accounted for and returns, including payment, are made to the appropriate organisations.Maintain compliance with all relevant payroll related legislation and statuary obligations.
