Accounts Payable Clerk Marston Holdings are hiring for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team, based in our Oldham office. This is an office base role, on a permanent basis. The Position & Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in an accounts payable role, working in a similar environment. You will be a team player, confident communicator and will have a strong knowledge of excel. The successful candidate will ensure that all client and self-employed enforcement agent payments are paid / allocated right first time. Process client payments and payment uploads to the banking platform.Process Self-employed enforcement agent payments.Manage all intercompany balances recorded within the Accounts Payable ledger.Allocate all contra postings within the Accounts Payable ledger.Create payment journals for consolidated invoices / credit card charges to ensure that costs are recognised correctly across the business.Process high volume purchase order invoices via the D365 workflow, ensuring that all supplier invoices are paid as per our internal processes and procedures.
