About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Estimating Coordinator to join our clients busy sales office. This role is ideal for someone with experience in engineering or manufacturing who enjoys working with customers, preparing quotations, and supporting internal departments to ensure a smooth order process.You will play a vital part in maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently from quotation through to order completion.Full-Time | Monday–FridayHours:Monday –Thursday: 08:30–17:00Friday: 08:30–16:30Key Responsibilities:Handling incoming sales enquiries by phone and emailMonitoring and responding promptly to customer emailsPreparing quotations based on customer requirementsProcessing sales orders and generating works order packagesRaising purchase orders for stock itemsMaintaining a high level of customer service and communicationBuilding and developing strong relationships with existing and potential customersLiaising effectively with manufacturing, warehouse, and accounts teamsEssential Skills & Experience:Strong Maths and English skillsBackground in engineering or manufacturingConfident computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent attention to detailExperience in estimating and/or salesConfident, friendly communication skills (telephone & email)Ability to multitask with minimal supervision in a fast-paced officeStrong team player with good cross-department communicationDesirable:Experience using SAGE 200Knowledge of flange or pipework productsWhat We Offer:A stable, friendly working environmentStructured weekday hours with an earler finish on FridaysOpportunities to develop skills and grow within the business
