Management Accountant (Practice)

One of our Accountancy Practice clients is looking for a Management Accountant to join their firm on a full-time permanent basis in Peterborough.

The ideal candidate would ideally have practice experience and have prepared accounts for multiple clients, as well as management accounts experience.

Main duties of the role will include;

• Preparation of Limited Company, LLP's, partnership and sole trader accounts.
• Preparation of self-assessment and corporation tax returns.
• Preparation of management accounts.
• ICAEW/ACCA fully qualified or part qualified.
• An in depth, technical knowledge and experience of Sage, Xero, Quickbooks and other accounting software.
• A broad knowledge of entrepreneurial type clients and issues facing owner managed businesses and understanding their accountancy needs.
• Experience of attending meetings with clients.
• Help and assist more junior members of the team.
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing client relationships.
• Well organised with a high attention to detail.

Successful candidates will need to be able to travel to clients’ sites when required.

The company offer some form of hybrid working once probation is completed. This would include working form home one day a week.
