When Anne Corder launched Anne Corder Recruitment almost 20 years ago, her objective was to ensure that everyone was treated as individuals and everyone received a highly professional service. The only thing that mattered was getting the right person into the right job and delighting both parties.

The world has changed dramatically since then, but the basic objectives have remained intact. That is why ACR is one of the region’s most respected independent agencies amongst HR professionals and managers.

ACR handles permanent, contract, interim and temporary full and part-time jobs across a wide cross section of business sectors including HR, administration, secretarial, marketing, sales, new business development, account management, accounts, customer service, IT, analysts and graduate recruitment.

The culture is based on listening rather than selling. We do not adopt an aggressive, invasive, speculative sales approach – punting candidates around like commodities. We choose to handle vacancies in the same way as an HR department would rather than a high street agency.
