HRIS Project Lead

We've got an exciting opportunity supporting our Stamford based client to oversee the implementation of a new HRIS and Recruitment system. In this role you will become the subject matter expert and following the initial implementation, will provide comprehensive system training and ongoing support to the HR Team and troubleshoot HR systems issues.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Plan and implement the HRIS project through to completion ensuring it is delivered on time.
• Co-ordinate and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate workshops.
• Produce and present reports/management information to the Senior Leadership team and other stakeholder groups.
• Train and coach line managers and colleagues in the use of the new HRIS.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong communication skills and have the ability to prioritise all tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Good Project leadership skills and experience of running a project.
• Understanding of HR systems desirable.
• Skilled in the use of project management and organisation tools e.g. Gantt charts, spreadsheets, goal setting, process mapping, action planning.

Location: Stamford - on site (hybrid working available)

Contract: 6-month FTC

Hours of Work: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday although part time hours would be considered.

Start Date: As soon as possible, subject to pre-employment checks.
