Exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager with an IT solutions background, to manage a portfolio of SME business customers.

This forward-thinking, tier 1 Microsoft CSP business displays a genuine commitment to ongoing employee CPD and offers generous benefits.

As Account Manger you will:

  • provide outstanding reactive and proactive customer care to your portfolio of existing customers.
  • respond to marketing leads.
  • assist with cross sell/up sell opportunities.
  • ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • travel to customer sites (60-mile radius of Cambridge) and attend networking events.

You must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and knowledge of MS Cloud Products. You can either be an experienced sales or account manager or be experienced in providing technical support and looking for a move out of the helpdesk and into customer management. Driving licence is essential.
