Job Description:

A highly respected Financial Advisory firm is looking for a T&C Manager to join the business. You will support their Financial Advisers on all aspects of training and competency.

The role will involve taking responsibility for the following;

  • Managing induction and supervision of new entrants
  • Deliver new entrant training and other training interventions as required
  • Provision of technical, supervisory and compliance support to new and existing advisers
  • Ensure IFAs undertake appropriate levels of CPD tailored to learning needs and which meets minimum regulatory requirements
  • Collating data and recording results on the system, identification, and reporting of trends by the adviser or firm level
  • Providing appropriate feedback both written and verbal to individual advisers
  • Liaison with colleagues within the firm across the training and competency functions where necessary
  • Investigate areas of underperformance, report findings and recommended remedial action

Key Requirements:

  • A background in financial services training and competence, ideally 5 years plus
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified, preferably with AF6/J07 or working towards this or an equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a Field Supervisor role
