As a Total Loss Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading, coaching, and developing our Total Loss department. Your primary focus will be to support team leaders, ensuring they provide the best customer service while achieving operational targets and driving performance improvement. With your strong leadership skills, you will actively contribute to the implementation of new business strategies.

Salary- Up to £45,000 per annum + bonus
Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and we’ll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday!

About you

  • First of all, you’re a leader with previous experience working in high-volume target driven environments.
  • You’ll have excellent performance management skills and thrive with hands on coaching and mentoring. 
  • You’ll be confident working closely with external suppliers to build those all important relationships.
  • You have a customer-centric mindset and a drive for delivery excellence.
