As a Technical Trainer, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering training programs that ensure our team members are well-versed in GMP standards. Your role is crucial in fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing processes.

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs on GMP regulations, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with experts and leaders to identify training needs and create engaging content.
• Deliver training sessions using various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
• Support learning and development activities, including health and safety initiatives.
• Guide employees on training compliance issues and best practices.
• Work with coordinators and management to maintain staff training compliance.
• Align training with current GMP regulations and emphasize adherence in all sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure GMP compliance.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in maintaining training records and preparing compliance reports.
