Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering training programs that ensure our team members are well-versed in GMP standards. Your role is crucial in fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing processes.
Day to Day of the Role:- Design and develop comprehensive training programs on GMP regulations, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with experts and leaders to identify training needs and create engaging content.
- Deliver training sessions using various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Support learning and development activities, including health and safety initiatives.
- Guide employees on training compliance issues and best practices.
- Work with coordinators and management to maintain staff training compliance.
- Align training with current GMP regulations and emphasize adherence in all sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure GMP compliance.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in maintaining training records and preparing compliance reports.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.
- Ability to manage training resources, including equipment and materials.
