Talent Acquisition Partner - Fixed Term Contract (12 months) - Engineering & Technology Focus
Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire - hybrid working 3 days spent in the office
Salary: £45-50,000 per annum plus extensive benefits 

Our rapidly expanding client have a requirement to bring on board two experienced Talent Acquisition Partners on a Fixed Term basis during a period of volume recruitment. 

A well-respected employer within Oxfordshire, this business are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional who is comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels across a number of specialist positions. Due to the industry this client works within, it is essential that candidates are comfortable recruiting for technically focused positions, within manufacturing, technology or engineering. 

As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for:

- Running the full 360 recruitment process for a volume of technically focused positions

- Attending stakeholder vacancy briefings, managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process

- Screening and vetting candidates, shortlisting and making recommendations to hiring managers

- Running marketing campaigns to ensure vacancies are advertised appropriately via the relevant channels 

- Reducing agency spend via direct sourcing methods
