SUMMARY
I am looking for vibrant and motivated individuals to join an exciting, fast paced recruitment business based in the heart of the City. My client specialises in the areas of Financial, Technical & Technological, IT, Legal, HR, Commodities and Pharmaceutical Recruitment, and is dedicated to providing the highest calibre of professionals to clients nationally and internationally.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Due to ambitious growth plans globally, my client is looking to take on highly committed, competitive and confident Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultants. The role is sales oriented and will involve constant change and development whilst you build your client and candidate database in a fast paced environment.
The day to day of the role includes: networking, finding and screening candidates, liaising with clients both face to face and on the telephone, winning new business and negotiating fees.
As well as a highly competitive commission structure, my client runs many incentive schemes rewarding employees for their hard work and commitment. •A good academic record, a degree qualification of 2.2 or above from a red brick university is highly desirable.
