Team Assistant

12 month temp contract with possible extension

A reputable Investment Bank in Central London is looking for a credible and resilient individual who has experience support very large teams, preferably within investment banking. It would be beneficial for this individual to understand the terminology and processes within an investment bank in order to succeed. Due to the large number of people you would be supporting at one time, it’s important that you have a high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Your daily responsibilities will include international diary and travel management, processing expenses, arranging VCs, updating the CRM system, dealing with VC applications, document management and assisting with the new starter process. You will work alongside other Assistants and be part of a collaborative and hardworking team.

Entirely office-based role.

Skills/Experienced Required;

  • 4-5 years experience supporting in a similar role, ideally within investment banking.
  • Experience supporting large teams, ideally 20+ at one time.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High degree of business acumen.
  • Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
  • Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings.
  • Intermediate Experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
