Core Duties:

  • Spearhead the IT service desk's daily functions, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues and system maintenance.
  • Effectively manage and resolve service desk inquiries in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Administer user roles and permissions across diverse systems, including Azure MS365 and Google Workspace.
  • Supervise the maintenance of servers and network switches, including regular updates and patches.
  • Liaise with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and support procurement initiatives.
  • Keep our knowledge base and user manuals current, aiding in seamless IT operations.
  • Promote effective communication with both faculty and students to ensure optimal IT service delivery.
  • Offer technical assistance and photography support at various school functions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in educational environments, leading IT initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a solid background in network management.
  • Outstanding communication and organisational competencies.
  • Microsoft Certifications in Azure, Server Administration, or Operating Systems at the Associate level are desirable.
  • Proficiency in administrating Microsoft and Google Workspace environments.
