Senior HR Advisor
  • Salary:  Up to £50k per annum

We are on the lookout for a dynamic HR Advisor to join a leading Property and Construction company based in West London. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Partner with various business areas to deliver exceptional HR support and coaching.
  • Influence, coach, and guide on employment law and employee relations.
  • Drive people-related initiatives, including internal upskilling and competency sessions.
  • Educate and train on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance throughout the company.
  • Keep the organisation abreast of employment legislation and best practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience at a Senior HR Advisor level 
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations.
  • Exceptional coaching skills to support management at all levels with HR matters.
  • Highly organised with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
