Sales Negotiator - Dartford

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: £25,000 (including Car Allowance)

OTE: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Working Hours:

5-day working week with Saturday work (will get a day off during the week)

  • Monday – Friday: 08:45 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling client inquiries,
  • Conducting viewings,
  • Delivering excellent customer service,
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal obligations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, conveyancing solicitors, and mortgage brokers is integral to the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months prior estate agent experience
  • Must have full driving license and own your own car
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be very hungry to sell!
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • An honest, conscientious, enthusiastic, hard- working, bubbly personality, team player

Additional Information:

  • Three months probation period with a guaranteed OTE rate
  • Six-month review
  • OTE may be flexible for an exceptional candidate
