THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established Insurance firm, who are seeking a Reinsurance Technician to join their London office, on a fixed term contract to permanent basis.

THE ROLE:

Manage a client portfolio, taking full responsibility of technical duties relating to client accounts, premiums and claims
Monitoring and controlling external reinsurance administrators
Preparing reinsurance billings and loss advices
Work with credit control to assist with collection of funds

THE PERSON:

Experience with Pro Rata Treaty, Excess of Loss and Binder
Understanding of global processing and reporting
Understanding of ledgers and strong numeracy skills
Technical understanding of claims and premiums
