Reed HR are working with an established client based in Brighton who are on the lookout for a proactive and service-focused Recruitment Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns with creativity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented individual with a track record of utilising various attraction methods and embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.

Contract Duration: 6 month fixed-term.

The Recruitment Partner will...

  • Design and deliver in-house end-to-end recruitment campaigns using appropriate channels to reach diverse audiences.
  • Partner with specific directorates and Business Partners to understand and proactively address current and future recruitment needs.
  • Ensure recruitment needs are met within agreed service level agreements while providing an excellent customer experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Offer expert advice on candidate selection to hiring managers and recommend suitable candidates for current and future roles from talent pools.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, advising on job adverts, social media content, and interview approaches, utilising tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Administrators, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Manage job offers to internal and external candidates within salary pay bands and policies.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to network, engage with stakeholders, and improve candidate attraction.

The successful Recruitment Partner will have...

  • Direct experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes at high volume.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns, including high volume recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative, diverse, and inclusive recruitment campaigns.
  • Positive approach to change and transformation, with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience partnering with other functions within the People Team and the wider organisation.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach, yet clear on individual responsibilities.
