Personnel Recruitment Officer

Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (36hrs)

Salary Circa: £30K- £40K DOE

Reed HR are seeking a dedicated Personnel Recruitment Officer to join a busy Recruitment Team, to be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities. Day to Day of the Role:

  • Coordinating rotation/replacement of personnel, assessing future needs, succession planning and securing necessary approval (inc. emergency requiremetns)
  • Screening CVs daily, arranging and conducting interviews
  • Carrying out all offer and promotion admin (contracts etc.), ensuring compliance with Maritime Labour Convention
  • Updating and maintaining HR systems and Recruitment Trackers, generating monthly and ad hoc reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience sourcing, interviewing and recruiting candidates, ideally for offshore drilling disciplines with knowledge of relevant legislation
  • HR qualification or similar is desirable
  • Strong organisation, communication, time-management and presentation skills.
