We are looking for someone that has ambition, drive and is self-motivated, that is interested in joining a small but perfectly formed company. We are currently growing and need the right person to help manage and develop a portfolio of clients, whilst also building up new clients from our wealth of strong leads. We are a friendly team of professionals that have developed a great working environment which is focused on integrity and making a difference in helping candidates find the right jobs within our clients great organisations.

Your main duties would be and are not limited to:

  • To achieve personal monthly revenue targets on a consistent basis which will be reviewed on a regular basis by the Managing Director
  • To proactively develop new business daily, through networking, developing LinkedIn and relevant social media, your own research, developing contacts and using initiative
  • To build close working relationships with existing clients by keeping in regular contact to follow their recruitment cycles and maximise all possible sales opportunities
  • To select, interview, test and work on candidates via CVs received by VWR in answer to advertised jobs
  • To search and source candidates for roles briefed to VWR, via jobsites, LinkedIn , referrals and through own contacts
  • To arrange interviews by liaising with clients and candidates and handling interview feedback from both parties, plus briefing and coaching of candidates
  • Follow up at all stages of the process through CRM system
  • To process your own administration
  • To build relationships with candidates and clients, through integrity and a professional service, whilst promoting the VWR brand and company values
  • To arrange and conduct client visits to new and existing clients on a regular basis and provide follow up reports to the team
  • To take new job briefs in a clear and concise manner and communicate to the team ensuring that any new roles are worked on as a priority
