Recruitment Consultant – 7month FTC

THE COMPANY: Our client is a global architecture firm who are seeking a recruitment consultant on a FTC basis.

THE ROLE:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all vacancies, from meetings with hiring managers to final offer negotiations
  • Utilise sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, referrals, networking events and direct sourcing
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including implementation of a “welcome pack”

THE PERSON:
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to build report with stakeholders at all levels
