Receptionist - Private Equity and Investment fund

Are you a bubbly, confident communicator looking for your next temporary assignment as a receptionist?

Tay Associates have partnered with an investment fund who are on the lookout for a receptionist who will be providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for the company. This role requires you to meet and greet all visitors who enter the office, answering phones and transferring calls, taking accurate messages where needed, comprehensive diary management and arranging appointments and booking travel.

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience as a receptionist for a corporate organisation
  • Confident working autonomously and work well under pressure with the changing environment.
  • Intermediate experience of MS Office Software (word, excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
