You will look after the front-of-house, answer phones, set up for meetings, greet clients, create documents, support the investment team and be the go-to person for everything office-related!

What you’ll do:

• Be the go-to person to ensure the smooth running of the office
• Host visitors, clients and guests
• Place food and drink orders for the team
• Arrange team events
• Support on high-profile client events
• Create high-quality presentations
• Support with diaries, travel and other EA tasks
• Deputise for the Office Manager

You:

• This would be ideal for someone with reception/admin experience within a fast-paced financial services
• Presentable
• Well-spoken
• Highly motivated
• Comfortable working under pressure
