Reception/Front of House/Host - Harrow, HA3

£13.15ph - 4 days on 4 days off - 8am-8pm

Innovative residential apartments are in need of a fantastic front of house Reception temp to provide a first-class service to the residents.

This is a fresh and exciting company to work for where customer service and community building is the focus!

Duties:

  • To be available to residents at all times.
  • Parcel Management: to be responsible for all deliveries to main reception, by receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail
  • Handling general enquiries such as queries, complaints and maintenance requests
  • Key Management: to issue keys only to correct personnel/residents whilst recording the signing in and out of keys in line with the company procedure.
  • Manage car parking
  • Building Patrols, CCTV Monitoring & Safety Checks
  • Co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development, such as for utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs and maintenance.
  • Arrangement of furniture and layout of residents’ lounge and other communal areas in preparation for organised events.

Requirements:

  • Previous Front Desk/Reception/Concierge experience
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Professional, enthusiastic, hardworking
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative
  • High standards of cleanliness
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages

This is a 4 day on 4 day off rota. Hours: 8am-8pm
