This successful and growing City firm, well known for its work in the property sector, has a new opening for a property litigation solicitor to join the team. 

The role would ideally suit someone from NQ to 2 years’ qualified and who has spent the majority of that time dealing with property disputes, primarily for commercial clients. The work includes landlord & tenant disputes, possession claims, lease extension and collective enfranchisement, renewal, forfeiture and dilapidation claims. 

Clients include major national and multinational companies in sectors such as insurance, healthcare and hospitality. The firm is keen to consider candidates from prominent regional practices who are looking to move into the City or solicitors at other City firms looking for a new challenge.
