• 2 years of PQE as a Solicitor
• A proven track record of successfully handling landlord and tenant matters
  - Exceptional organisational, communication, and IT skills

Property litigation matters the successful Solicitor will handle include: 

• 1954 Act claims
• Dilapidations
• Possession claims
• Breaches of lease covenants
• Residential leasehold enfranchisement work
