The firm's Property Litigation team are ranked in the Legal 500 and advise landlords, tenants, multiple national retailers, developers, local authorities and individual property investors.

This firm works with every kind of client in the commercial property field across London and the South East, from individual property owners and investors to developers, lenders, land owners and affordable homes providers. The firm's lawyers are experience in every type of property dispute, from joint venture and conveyancing disputes, to trespass, party wall and developer claims, and from professional negligence and rectification claims, to the full range of landlord and tenant disputes, including breaches of covenant.

The team are now seeking an experience property litigation solicitor to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE in property litigation gained from a reputable city practice and will be well versed in all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes and act for a wide range of clients, both domestically and internationally.
