Training Coordinator

As a leading global business Professional Service, they are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to enhance their talent strategy and contribute to their international success on a 12-month fixed term contract based in the centre of Birmingham.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Duration: 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Start date: Available immediately
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (Anchor days Tuesday & Thursday)
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading initiatives and projects that bolster the company’s reputation as a top destination for the world’s most exceptional talent. Your efforts will ensure the company remains at the forefront of developing and retaining the best in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of firm-wide Talent priorities.
- Offer cutting-edge subject matter expertise to support global initiatives.
- Lead Talent Management projects with autonomy, crafting comprehensive plans and strategies.
- Foster robust relationships with HR Business Partner teams to support diverse groups and geographies.
- Serve as a specialist resource for the Centre of Excellence (CoE) leaders.
Specific Duties:
- Oversee the internal senior promotion processes, ensuring diversity and excellence.
- Coordinate leadership development programs, aligning them with the annual talent review.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to refine and enhance the Talent Development processes.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing high-profile development processes within a complex, international business.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading Talent Development projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
Characteristics:
- A background within Professional Services is preferable not essential.
- Experience with developing and coaching senior stakeholders is essential.
- Experience working with third party vendors.
- A strategic thinker with a genuine enthusiasm for Talent Development.
- Capable of building quick, effective relationships and exercising discretion.
- A strategic mindset with experience in international team environments.
