Who we are looking for

We are open to all school or college leavers who are curious and eager to learn, regardless of your academic background. You are a strong communicator, have excellent numerical and analytical skills and enjoy building relationships and collaborating with others.

Other attributes and skills we are looking for include:

  • A positive, proactive, can-do attitude, even when under pressure
  • Organised and proactive with the ability to plan own workload
  • Quality-driven with great attention to detail
  • Adaptability, as the insurance landscape is ever-evolving and a fast-paced environment

Minimum requirements

  • 3 A levels or equivalent in any subject
  • A minimum of grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
