Associate Dreams provides funding and/or business support so you can take time out from your role to make your dreams come true. Now in its third year, we accept submissions from all UK Associates, and we announce the winners at our annual Associate Awards. 

Lockton Young Professionals Network

The LYPN is a committee of divisional/regional representatives looking to connect Locktons’ young professionals and enhance the learning and network of Lockton and its Associates. The group is targeted at all UK Associates, who are: • Under the age of 35 • At an employment level of- Associate - Assistant Vice President - Vice President

LOCKFEST 2019

Last year, Lockton’s partnership held a free festival for allAssociates and their families as a thank you for their hardwork and dedication and to celebrate Lockton’s success.  

Proactive in Sustaining Meaningful Corporate, Socialand Civic Responsibility

Lockton’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme isbuilt around three pillars: environment, community andcharity. For over 50 years, we have been committed todoing the right things for our clients and Associates, allthe while giving back to our communities. 

Environment

Reducing our environmental impact is highly importantto us; from May 2018-April 2019 Lockton reduced CO2eby 21%. We’ve partnered with Carbon Footprint, to offsetour emissions by purchasing carbon credits and we areworking to remove all unnecessary plastic use from thebusiness by the end of FY21.

Community

In 2017 to celebrate Lockton’s 50-year anniversary,Lockton launched the ‘Fifty for 50’ campaign,contributing over 50,000 volunteer hours across our90+ offices, with the UK completing 5,136 hours.Since 2018, Associates have continued this effortvolunteering their time at hospitals, farms, playgrounds, community centres as well as various other deserving projects.
