Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to 2 Directors on a maternity contract basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Directors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Directors, providing administrative support and ensuring timely completion.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
