Location: Huddersfield (With Hybrid working upon completion of probation)
Salary: £23,816.32 to £26,788.47 per annum. Plus, a competitive bonus scheme!
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team as an Operational Support Specialist!

As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our company, contributing to the preparation of detailed claims progression analysis, evaluating claims data, and recommending process improvements. Utilising your expertise in efficient reporting techniques such as Power Query and Power BI, you will provide clear and concise insights into FMG’s data.

Your working knowledge of Microsoft products, including the Power Platform and SharePoint, will enable you to identify opportunities for process enhancement across operational teams.

Salary- £23,816.32 to £26,788.47 per annum depending on your level of experience and specialist knowledge. Plus a generous bonus scheme on top of your basic salary.

Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and we’ll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday!

• Proficiency in IT systems: You are proficient in using a variety of IT systems and tools, with a keen interest in keeping up with the latest tech trends relevant to your role.
