Attention all Solicitors with a passion for Leasehold Enfranchisement! AJ Chambers are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled professional to join the dynamic and fast-paced team, of a fantastic law firm, in the heart of London.

As a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and challenging cases, advising clients on their rights to extend or purchase their leasehold interests. You will have a proven track record in this area of law and a deep understanding of the technicalities involved.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure that their cases are dealt with effectively and efficiently. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong academic background and a qualifying law degree
  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Leasehold Enfranchisement
  • A thorough understanding of the legal and practical issues involved in this area of law
  • Excellent analytical and drafting skills
  • A client-focused approach and a commitment to providing the highest standard of service
