L&D Advisor & Data Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Advisor & Data Analyst to join our team on a Term time only, part-time temporary basis. 

Day-to-day of the role:

• Organise and prepare reports for consultation evenings.
• Coordinate and oversee the Invigilator team, including training and monitoring new members.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
• Ensure GDPR compliance is maintained across all areas of responsibility.
• Assist the Data entry for employee absence 
• Collaborate with subject leads to coordinate and input results to meet deadlines.
• Input data from internal tests and manage general data input into the Management Information System (MIS).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in a fast paced environment, particularly with reporting and data management.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and experience in compliance training.
• Competency in using Management Information Systems/HRIS and data entry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to undertake a variety of duties as specified by the senior management team
